The assistance is provided in favor of bankruptcy trustees, of the entrepreneur who intends to start a restructuring and/or recovery process, with or without recourse to insolvency proceedings, both in favor of creditors for their protection in the procedures, in favor of companies that intend to carry out acquisitions of companies in crisis.
